These terms govern your use of Vi.S.In (“the Service”), a browser-based tool for measuring joint angles from photos and video. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Vi.S.In detects body pose and computes joint angles. Pose estimation runs in your browser. Photos remain local; videos are temporarily uploaded for frame extraction and are not retained. Saved analyses contain derived pose data and a skeleton-only thumbnail, not source media. Results are provided for informational and training purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any measurement.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don’t use the Service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it.

Free and Pro plans

The core tool is free. Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) billed through Stripe; current features and prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation stops future charges and Pro remains active through the end of the paid period. If a charge is made in error, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Your content

You keep all rights to the media and analyses you create. By saving or sharing an analysis you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it for you (and, for a share link, to anyone you send it to). You’re responsible for having the right to analyze the people shown in your media.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
